David Cowley, COL USA (Ret.), is the founder and owner of SPOT Drone Imaging Services, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). He served 26 years in the Army as a highly decorated aviator, intelligence officer and combat veteran. Subsequent to retirement, he was the owner and CEO of Cowley International, Inc. 22 years, focused on International Armaments Cooperation consulting in the aviation, intelligence, and electronic warfare mission areas. He started SPOT Drone Imaging Services in 2017 after 52+ years' application of remote sensing technology to military and civilian challenges.
